Mr. Flynn has represented clients as diverse as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, a Fortune 500 media conglomerate, and a White House steward during FBI questioning in the Monica Lewinsky investigation. He has represented clients in courtrooms (not just “on papers”) in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Virginia.
In addition to actual litigation, an equally important part of Attorney Flynn’s practice has been counseling clients on how to reduce the risk of litigation. He often coaches clients through particular disputes and develops plans and programs to comply with governing law and fulfill contractual obligations.
